As part of the Real Estate department, the Asset Manager Real Estate is a staff position that is responsible for carrying out the management and marketing process of the different types of real estate assets that the company manages, in collaboration with other internal areas. It addresses the analysis of the asset, collaborates with registrations and repossessions, closing and property management, to later market them. This position can be based in the offices of Rome or Milan.
Profile:
Monitoring the various stages of the life cycle of assets, in the different areas of Real Estate, with the goal to maximize the asset value. Manage the relationship with clients/investors, regularly informing the client of the Business Plan and communicating relevant changes, holding follow-up meetings and being the client's point of contact for any need, internally coordinating the client's requests.
Tasks:
The person entering the position will be responsible for:
1. Working together with the advisor area, on exploring new and existent market opportunities, also supporting the Real Estate Due Diligence;
2. Responsible for the planning and operation of the real estate activities of the assets under management;
3. Work together with registration and repossession, property management, sales and closing on preparing the assets to enter the market, achieving the business plan goals;
4. Assures that all assets are properly registered in the internal and external systems (i.e. Sister), that those have the proper valuation and quotation, following the approved sales offer workflow;
5. Prepare and perform internal and external assets reviews;
6. Act as a focal contact point for the client, coordinating internally the delivery of the necessary actions;
7. Report to the clients about the status of the portfolios and the defined business plan, communicating relevant changes;
8. Select brokers, analyze their performance and act when needed.
Qualifications:
The requirements for this position are:
1. 5 or more years in the field of Real Estate, either from the point of view of developers, construction companies, servicers, or banking entities (land management, promotions, etc.) or in managing clients such as investment funds, banks, developers, etc.
2. Degree in Management, Real Estate or similar
3. English C1
4. High level Office package: especially Excel
5. Communication and negotiation skills
6. Pressure management
7. Oriented to identify and satisfy the needs of its clients
8. Teamwork
9. Ability to organize and plan
