The Operations & Supply Chain team follows the development process of the product from the design realization to the entire manufacture cycle. Joining this team means touching our products with your hands and getting into the heart of Moncler’s processes.
We are looking for an Enfant Product Developer in Milan. Initially, the candidate will frequently travel to our industrial HQ in Trebaseleghe to support the team and will later be based permanently in Milan.
Your Impact
The Product Developer will join our Team, reporting to the Enfant Product Manager Director. We are looking for a candidate with previous experience gained in luxury & fashion contexts. The Enfant’s Product Developer at Moncler will be responsible for overseeing the product and technical development of the Enfant’s collections, with a particular focus on outerwear.
Activities:
* Assistance to the PM in transferring designs from the Style and Product departments
* Use PLM to create the BOM
* Organize color folders
* Manage lab dips for new fabric colors
Who We Are Looking For
* 3-5 years of relevant experience
* Experience in structured organizations
* Knowledge of Down Jackets
* Able to work both independently and in teams, with a hands-on approach
* Highly organized, flexible, and able to work in an ever-changing environment
* Knowledge of PLM
We Would Appreciate a Person That Is:
* Practical and action-oriented
* A determined, agile, self-starter with a positive, engaging, and creative approach to work
* Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Previous experience working in a middle-to-large sized company and collaborating with different teams is a plus
* Data-driven and analytical, comfortable with a KPI-focused approach
