Thanks to the transversal responsibilities expected for this role, you will have the possibility to gain experience across the Fabric Care Product lines and Electrolux Major Appliance - Europe.What you'll do:Based in the Porcia (PN), you will ensure the implementation of best in class, standardized and optimized solutions for different Lean optimization projects. In detail, you will:Prepare technical specification for new equipment and toolingRationalize plant layoutSupport Maintenance team in improvements of performance equipmentInterface with RD, Quality and Central Engineering for manufacturability of productsCooperate with Central Engineering to industrialize new products and research innovative solutions for smart and optimal manufacturing processesWho you are:Bachelor/Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent education.Strong problem solving with consistent analysis attitude.Process-oriented and cost-conscious mindset.Open-minded and improvement-oriented attitude.Good communication skills (ability to interact with factory and RD colleagues).Fluent in English and Italian.Where you'll be:You will be based in Porcia, located in the metropolitan area of Pordenone (Northeast Italy), where the main Electrolux RD centre is located.
