Qualifications

* Residency in Italy and ability to work as a contractor.
* Advanced level proficiency in Italian and English languages.
* Experience in operation or talent management in streaming platforms or gaming talent agencies.
* Prior experience working in streaming communities is beneficial.
* Insight into handling different personality types gained from working in fast-paced, partner-oriented environments.
* Background in sales-oriented and quota-driven environments related to technology, finance, or advertising.
