JOB SUMMARY Provides leadership and direction to allFood and Beverage outlets and staff including Restaurants, In RoomDining, Services and Beverage outlets. Manages the daily activitiesand monitors the performance of the Food and Beverage managementand service teams. Verifies that all outlet operational policiesand procedures are maintained throughout the outlets. Verfies thatHazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), OccupationalSafety and Health Administration (OSHA) and regional AlcoholicBeverage Commissions guidelines are maintained. Assists theDirector of Food and Beverage (F&, B) in developing andmanaging the strategic plan for the Food and Beverage divisionincluding budget administration, forecasting, inventory and costcontrol. Manages the development of the Food and Beverage outletmanagement team. Manages and creates Food and Beverage marketingand promotional opportunities for the outlets to draw clientelefrom the local market. CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience
•High school diploma or GED, 4 years experience in the food andbeverage, culinary, or related professional area. OR
• 2-yeardegree from an accredited university in Food Service Management,Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, BusinessAdministration, or related major, 2 years experience in the foodand beverage, culinary, or related professional area. CORE WORKACTIVITIES Managing Food and Beverage Team

• Maintains and demonstrates strong knowledgeof food and beverage trends within the hospitality industry.
•Verifies that all Food and Beverage outlet teams are properlytrained in the areas of sanitation, food safety, and customerservice. Managing and Conducting Human Resources Activities
•Interviews, selects and trains employees.
• Appraises employee'sproductivity and efficiency for the purpose of recommendingpromotions or other changes in status.
• Manages the performance ofthe Exhibit Hall team including annual performance evaluations,career planning and training requirements.
