Mechanical Assembly Technician - Trasaghis (Udine)
OPPORTUNITY:
The role requires the assembly and installation of specialty machines for the steel industry, installation of electrical components, testing and inspection, technical diagnosis and troubleshooting, and preventive and corrective maintenance.
The resource will be placed in a collaborative and very challenging environment where continuous growth is the core element of our Team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Mounting and assembly of special machines and robotic islands according to technical specifications and mechanical drawings.
* Installation of electrical components and wiring.
* Performing function tests and inspections to ensure proper assembly and operation of machines.
* Diagnosis and troubleshooting of both mechanical and electrical technical problems.
* Preventive and corrective maintenance of robotic islands to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
* Collaboration with engineering team to make improvements and modifications to existing designs.
* Compliance with safety regulations and company procedures during all phases of work.
* Documentation of activities performed and compilation of action and maintenance reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent degree.
* Prior experience of at least 3-5 years in mechanical and electrical assembly of industrial machinery, preferably robotic islands.
* Thorough knowledge of reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
* Skill in handling measuring instruments and shop tools.
* Knowledge of electrical and mechanical safety regulations.
* Ability to problem solve and work independently.
* Excellent communication skills and aptitude for teamwork.
* Willingness to travel for customer installations and maintenance work.
