The 7Pines Resort Sardinia is looking for a Club Manager.
Main tasks:
* Supervise and manage the daily operations of the assigned outlet.
* Train and develop staff.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high quality service.
* Schedule and organise staff to maintain a smooth workflow.
* Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
* Control the outlet's cash receipts.
* Maintain and ensure compliance with all company standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of the outlet.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and increase revenue.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Handle customer complaints and resolve problems in a timely manner.
* Monitor and ensure smooth operation of service areas and customer satisfaction.
* Communicate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
* Ensure that cash and non-cash handling is done properly.
* Organise appointments and meetings for the staff, changes the menu and address other work-related issues.
* Be responsible for the company's performance and sales, ensuring the achievement of company profits and targets.
* Conduct monthly supply inventories and maintain an optimal stock level to meet customer demand, avoiding excesses and identifying waste to achieve optimal profit without compromising company performance.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience in the role.
* Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
