Robert Bosch Italy is looking for a Business Analyst, Sales and Performance to join the Mobility Aftermarket sales team. This role plays a strategic part in managing and optimizing KPIs, supporting the sales team with a data-driven approach, and driving customer-centric strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
KPI Management & Reporting
* Act as the control tower for business KPIs.
* Proactively monitor, manage, and update key performance indicators.
* Prepare reports and support materials for internal meetings.
* Collaborate with the Sales Administration and Finance departments to manage performance indicators.
Performance Planning & Analysis
* Support the Sales Director in setting performance targets and tracking business opportunities.
* Serve as Key User for the CRM system to manage sales opportunities.
* Develop and manage Sales Performance Dashboards, analyzing data by region, area, customer, and product.
* Analyze results and propose strategic and corrective actions.
* Monitor the implementation of initiatives and assess their impact.
* Identify best practices and share them within the team.
* Manage the sales module of the pricing tool to propose special deals.
New Market Launch & Support
* Conduct geomarketing activities to identify new opportunities.
* Analyze market trends and propose strategic actions.
* Act as an intermediary between Marketing and Sales for price benchmarking initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
* Degree in a scientific discipline (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Technical skills: Proficiency in Office Tools, Power BI, and Google Suite, programming languages.
* Languages: Fluent in Italian and English.
* Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and capability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team.
