The Role: As one of the first hires of our sales team for Italy, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition for our SIGN IT product and establishing our presence as a market leader in this expanding market. You are responsible for the acquisition of target customers for our SIGN IT product, scaling rapidly and efficiently our customer base in Italy; but also for crafting and executing sales strategies that fuel growth. Your drive for sales, strong commercial acumen, and great communication skills will be key for yours and fiskaly’s success in Italy. What can you expect if you join us? You’ll participate in the Italian Go To Market activities for Fiskaly and directly contribute to shaping its growth, being at the forefront of our Italian expansion. You’ll proactively research, identify and connect with potential customers, engaging with them on a large scale through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, or trade events. You’ll develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet targets, increase deal velocity and ensure our ambitious growth goals. You’ll conduct commercial and strategic negotiations, having real ownership from first discussions to deal closing. You’ll be involved in the planning and implementation of various sales and marketing activities in Italy. You will be a fit for our team if You have 2-5 years of working experience in Sales, Business Development or a similar position; preferably with SaaS, PoS or complex software products. Sales is your superpower and what really drives you; also you are eager to become a go-to expert in Fintech & Fiscalization. You will impress us if You have experience with PoS solutions, payments or retail sector in Italy and abroad. You have a proven track record in sales, with experience with different CRMs (Pipedrive, Apollo etc.) and are very familiar with outbound sales strategies. You speak other European languages.
