We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Business Coordinator to join our team. You will oversee day-to-day operations and drive growth on Marketplace & eConcession projects.
In addition, your role will encompass a 360° view of online business, involving in-depth analysis of direct eCommerce performance, crafting comprehensive action plans to influence assortments, online merchandising, user experience and website evolution.
Marketplace Management
1. Act as the primary point of contact for Marketplace & eConcession partners.
2. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identify key trends and insights and prepare regular reports to track progress and measure success.
3. Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive sales growth.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for platform initiatives, including marketing, merchandising and customer care.
5. Coordinate timely product catalog creation and content delivery to partners.
6. In-season management ensuring products online availability, stock and price lists accuracy.
7. Monitor shipping and fulfillment SLAs as well as partners’ operations and returns flows.
8. Liase with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes, resolve issues, and ensure seamless integration with overall ecommerce operations by maintaining a high level of service.
Online Business Overview
1. Achieve sales and growth targets by suggesting strategies that will drive traffic and increase customer base and retention.
2. Define, implement and review of e-Commerce KPIs to identify the key drivers behind performance and plan actions.
3. Analysis of sales performance, trends, and web KPIs to optimize product assortment, shopping experience and online merchandising.
4. Evolve, improve, and build new customer services identifying operational KPIs to monitor the customer experience.
5. Keep up to date on eCommerce innovation and trends, monitoring brand distribution across digital platforms and competitors’ sites and assortments.
Profile
1. Bachelor or Master degree in Management, Statistic, Management Engineering or similar.
2. 4-5 years of previous working experiences in e-commerce field (luxury, fashion, multinational background is a strong plus).
3. Full proficiency in using Excel, Google Analytics (Universal & GA4), Tableau or similar data visualization tools. Knowledge of Contentsquare and Google Big Query is a plus.
4. Deep experience in managing digital properties (web marketing, online merchandising, user experience) with a proven track record of driving ROI and sales.
5. Exceptional planning and project management skills.
6. Ability to manage and coordinate external teams (3rd party service providers, web agencies) providing briefings, technical specs/requirements, monitoring implementation and tracking results of every project.
7. Fluent in Italian and English (both spoken and written), the knowledge of a third language is considered a plus.
