Customer Care Assistenza Settore Informatico - IT
Position:
The selected resource will be responsible for managing Clients in the assistance department.
They will dedicate themselves to organizing and planning interventions in assistance with the aim of ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
The figure will have the task of listening and understanding the needs of the clientele related to the expansion/modification of the reference software, managing problems providing solutions, keeping a record of problems and reports, organizing and planning appointments, performing back office activities.
Requirements:
We are looking for profiles possessing the following requirements:
-Diploma in Accounting
-Propensity for commercial back office activities
-Good use of computer systems
-Minimum experience as an office employee
Additional characteristics that will complete the profile include: organization, proactivity, problem-solving capacity, strong motivation to achieve goals, ability to work independently and in teams, communication attitude and interpersonal relationships, courtesy, patience, calmness, and flexibility in working hours.
