Job Description
HiRevo Office Milano is a specialized team dedicated to enhancing the experiences, skills, and potential of candidates in various fields, including accounting, sales, marketing, HR, legal, purchasing, and office management. We are looking for a Senior Program Manager for Airbnb Italy, specializing in the Milano Cortina area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Empower and educate hosts by developing and executing a comprehensive education strategy, including monthly webinars, targeted email campaigns, and engaging weekly content for local online communities (Host Clubs).
* Drive community growth and engagement by managing relationships with hosts, crafting strategies to increase growth, engagement, and business impact.
* Be the voice of the community by gathering insights from hosts, transforming their feedback into valuable recommendations for Airbnb's internal teams to enhance the overall host experience.
* Lead Airbnb events and local initiatives, organizing and supporting hosts in creating local, host-led events in key Winter Games locations.
* Recognize and celebrate hosts through exciting recognition initiatives, including Olympic torch relay events, contests, and ceremonies to honor Italy's top hosts (Host Spotlight, Milano Cortina ticket lottery, and gamification initiatives).
Main Results Expected:
* Educate and support hosts in delivering top-tier hospitality in the Milano Cortina Olympic area.
* Grow and engage the community by strengthening and expanding the local host network.
* Organize local events to create meaningful connections through on-the-ground activations.
* Boost engagement and recognition through rewarding initiatives and the Host Spotlight Contest, celebrating Italy's top hosts.
* Execute the Milano Cortina strategy, leading the end-to-end community plan for lasting impact.
Requirements:
* 6+ years of experience in community management or project management.
* Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects from concept to execution.
* Ability to execute large-scale initiatives.
* Experience in event planning and content creation.
* Passionate about community building with a proven track record in engagement strategies.
* Exceptional communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Communication, Economics, Tourism).
* Strategic and analytical mindset, resourceful, and goal-oriented.
* Strong empathy for the host community—a great listener, patient, approachable, and flexible.
* Fast learner and problem solver, able to adapt quickly in dynamic environments.
* Tech-savvy, comfortable with Google Suite and social media (Facebook).
* Fluent in Italian (native) and English (C1 level).
* Being an Airbnb Host or highly familiar with the Airbnb platform and ecosystem would be a plus.
