Position Mission
The project scheduler must collaborate with project managers, set tasks, and monitor the execution of project timelines, as well as prepare project progress and performance evaluation reports.
Responsibilities
1. Support project managers during the entire life cycle.
2. Data collection and data analysis.
3. Preparation of presentations for management.
4. Consult with project managers and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks.
5. Develop, implement, and maintain an effective scheduling management system.
6. Coordinate project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders.
7. Monitor project timelines and deadlines.
8. Identify potential project schedule delays and facilitate timely interventions.
9. Evaluate performance and prepare project progress reports.
10. Accommodate updates and changes to project schedules.
11. Recommend actions to keep projects within budget and completed on time.
12. Keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines.
13. Document project scheduling processes and maintain records.
Technical Skills, Qualifications, and Professional Experience
1. Master's Degree in Engineering.
2. At least 1 year of industry experience (similar experience).
3. Fluent in Italian and English.
4. Nice to have: German and/or Spanish.
5. Proficient knowledge of Office Tools.
6. Knowledge of MS Project or similar.
