Romazzino a Belmond Hotel in stunning Costa Smeralda is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Personal Assistant to support our General Manager.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, with a background in luxury hospitality or similar environments, and possess exceptional organizational skills. This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing administrative tasks, and providing high-level support to the GM.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Handle daily administrative tasks for the GM, including calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of internal and external meetings.
* Communication Management: Act as the point of contact between the GM and internal/external stakeholders, managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence with discretion and professionalism.
* Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for the GM, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel itineraries.
* Confidentiality: Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
* Project Support: Assist the GM in special projects as needed, including liaising with other departments and external partners.
Requirements:
* Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role, preferably within luxury hospitality or high-end service industries.
* Language Skills: Fluency in English and Italian is essential; additional languages are a plus.
* Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
* Interpersonal Skills: Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
