The 7Pines Resort Sardinia is looking for a Club Manager
Main tasks:
Supervise and manage the daily operations of the assigned outlet;
Train and develop staff;
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high quality service;
Schedule and organise staff to maintain a smooth workflow;
Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed;
Control the outlet's cash receipts;
Maintain and ensure compliance with all company standards;
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of the outlet;
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and increase revenue;
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations;
Handle customer complaints and resolve problems in a timely manner;
Monitors and ensures smooth operation of service areas and customer satisfaction;
Communicates with other departments to ensure customer needs are met;
Ensures that cash and non-cash handling is done properly;
He/she also deals with customer complaints and listens to their feedback in order to improve the services offered;
He/she organises appointments and meetings for the staff, changes the menu and other issues related to their work;
He/she is responsible for the company's performance and sales and ensures the achievement of company profits and targets;
Conducts monthly supply inventories and maintains an optimal stock level to meet customer demand. Avoids excesses and identifies waste to achieve optimal profit without compromising company performance.
Requirements
Requirements:
at least 2 years' experience in the role;
excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
