We are looking for a Software Manager, working closely with one of our main clients, a world leader in its sector, with the possibility of 100% remote work. Main tasks and accountabilities will be: The Software Manager is the owner and fully responsible for the software deliverable, ensuring its performance, stability, scalability, logs, product evolution, and error handling, as well as being the architectural solution leader for the technology stack and third-party communications, making sure they align with product objectives. As a Software Manager, we expect you to provide guidance and career progression to the software engineers while controlling production releases in accordance with priorities and dependencies with other teams. This role is crucial in the client’s cultural communication, welcoming new members and external developers, and ensuring that methodology feedback translates into actions. What do we expect from you? Must have: 2 years of experience as a tech lead/architect. 4 years of senior programming skills in backend/frontend/mobile. Strong development practices including code reviews, unit testing, and regression testing. Demonstrable experience of applying TDD and BDD development practices. Experience with financial systems. Familiarity with Git, Maven, Swagger/RAML/OpenAPI, Bamboo/Sonar/Swagger, and AWS. Advanced English level. Nice to have: Experience working in cloud environments. Experience in RESTful API architecture patterns and integration design principles.
