This position reports to the Sales Services function and aims to provide the best experience for B2B customers at PUCCI, acting as the first point of contact and advocating PUCCI values and image.
About the Role
The Sales Services Senior Specialist is responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing product information, managing orders, and processing returns.
Responsibilities
* Liaise with the logistics team to develop and manage merchandise delivery flows, ensuring timely delivery to meet B2B client needs or delivery schedules.
* Provide information and assistance to credit and accounting teams regarding customer credit or payment issues.
* Manage incoming customer communications.
* Liaise with product and production departments for specific product requests from customers.
* Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
* Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
* Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by offering the most appropriate solutions.
* Manage any potential litigation.
* Manage and update international price lists in accordance with exchange rates.
* Conduct analysis and produce reports on activity.
* Manage and review orders from receipt to shipment.
* Manage the loading process of orders during and after sales campaigns (client registrations, order confirmations, and cancellations).
Qualifications
At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the Fashion Industry and international markets; excellent knowledge of main delivery processes, including e-commerce; customer-centric attitude; analytical mindset with strong attention to detail; interest in digital.
