Job Opportunity: Customer Experience Specialist
Location: Bari, Italy
Adecco Italia is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for one of the leading international operators in the regulated gaming sector in Italy.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee affiliated points of sale (tobacco shops, bars, betting shops);
2. Explain the services offered via the app to potential customers;
3. Assist customers with downloading and registering on the app;
4. Help customers make their first bet, enabling access to attractive bonuses.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in promoting services or products;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities;
* Flexibility and availability to work shifts from Monday to Saturday;
* Knowledge of IT tools, especially app usage.
Offer:
* 6+6 months fixed-term contract with prospects for long-term employment;
* Level V of the CCNL Commerce, 14 monthly payments;
* Full-time, 40 hours/week on shifts from Monday to Saturday;
* Variable incentives and bonuses;
