We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Sales Director Immunology to join our dynamic team at Regeneron in Milan, Italy. As a member of Regeneron’s Commercial Immunology Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in managing our Field Team and leading a team of Sales Managers to achieve business results. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring access to our life-changing therapy for eligible patients, in close collaboration with our Partner within the Alliance.
A Typical Day:
* Leading and managing the Sales Team to promote our Immunology product within the Italian market.
* Driving business results in line with company objectives.
* Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
* Providing insights on performance reporting, forecasting, and market data in collaboration with the Commercial Operations Team.
* Enforcing company policies and procedures to ensure quality and compliant work.
* Being an active member of the International Sales Head community, partnering and sharing experiences with international colleagues.
* Leading by example in bringing to life the Regeneron way (core values) every day.

To Be Considered:
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a track record of success in sales roles, is required. Relevant people management experience, with the ability to lead a senior team, is essential. A deep understanding of the Italian healthcare ecosystem, including market access, is necessary. Strong analytical and business acumen skills aimed at driving team performance, outstanding communication and presentation skills, and availability to travel as needed mainly across Italy and ad hoc for international meetings are required. Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory.
