Read on to see exactly how you could help us empower the Renewable Energy industry RESPONSABILITIES AND TASKS: Manage the portfolio of renewable energy developments in the Italian market, and collaborate to increase that pipeline. Enerside has a pipeline (>2GWp) of projects in various stages of development in Italy and we expect this to keep growing. Work on the development and authorisation of the projects in the portfolio from greenfield to RTB. Conduct technical-economic feasibility studies of new developments (preliminary phase) which include: site constraint analysis (e.g., landscape plans, PRG, CDU, PAI, etc.) using GIS tools, support in the production of preliminary layouts, risk analysis and other inputs for investment decision making. Manage the necessary documentation and cadastral procedures. Support and report to the PM on the status and in all matters related to the development of the projects. Interlocution, negotiation and management of stakeholders in the development process: landowners, municipal bodies, project developers, technical and/or environmental consultants, and financial institutions, among others. Coordination with other business units at ENERSIDE. Work closely to support the transaction of projects. Create and maintain an updated status, budget and schedule document for the projects under his/her responsibility. Ensure compliance with project deadlines and budget. Measure and correct deviations. Find solutions to unforeseen events that arise during the development process. Keep up to date with changes in regulations applicable to projects. Continuous improvement, evaluation and optimisation of the project development process. YOUR PROFILE: Academical background in engineering, architecture or similar. At least 2 years of experience in the Italian energy industry is desirable. Previous experience in the development of renewable energy projects is not essential, but desirable, ideally solar PV/BESS. Knowledge of the Italian electricity market, the applicable regulation and its updates. Experience in the different aspects of project development is not essential, but desirable: knowledge of QGIS software and CAD systems, administrative procedures, land agreements, interconnection process, etc. Experience in the negotiation and interlocution with other project stakeholders: landowners, suppliers, public and private agencies, financial institutions, etc. Italian language (native spoken and written) is essential. Excellent skills in either English or Spanish are also required. Portuguese is a plus.
