Customer Service Representative in Greece
Job Overview: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greece. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and at least one other market language, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Minimum Requirements:
* Business fluency in English (written and spoken).
* Full fluency in at least one other market language.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
* Ability to self-manage and meet deadlines.
* High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Willingness to relocate and reside in Greece.
* Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and workflows.
Could be a plus:
* Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc).
* Experience troubleshooting technical issues related to digital products.
* Experience in customer service.
* Experience working in a multinational team.
* Availability to work evening or weekend shifts.
* Readiness to attend work-related events.
Responsibilities:
* Attend 4 weeks of initial training and pass periodic assessments.
* Analyze customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
* Utilize tools and training to resolve product-related issues.
* Log cases, interactions, and feedback in internal systems.
* Occasional ad-hoc tasks, like content moderation or translation.
* Stay updated on the client’s products and services.
* Attend recurring training sessions.
