SUPPLIER QUALITY COORDINATOR - AUTOMOTIVE
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide guidance and management to a team of Supplier Quality Assurance located in their production plant.
* Maintain complaint and non-conformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
* Investigate reports of product quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
* Lead/perform on-site supplier visits for root-cause analysis and verification of correction actions of supplier quality issues.
* Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.
* Assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as CSR, environmental, and health and safety KPIs.
* Develop improved standards for production and design, and create testing protocols for implementation across all service lines.
* Identify training needs and take action to ensure company-wide compliance.
* Work with suppliers to interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards.
Requirements:
* Experience in a supplier quality role within the automotive industry.
* Autonomy in analysis and non-compliant management (PPAP, 8D reports).
* Autonomy in second-level audits.
* Knowledge of autonomous certifications (IATF16949:2016, VDA 6.3).
* Fluent in English (B2/C1).
* Engineering or Economic education.
* Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills within cross-functional teams.
* Effective time management, organization, and task prioritization skills.
* Competent in problem-solving.
* Ability to work successfully in a multicultural organization.
* Will to travel (North Italy - 30/40% - 1 or 2 days).
