We are searching for highly motivated congress and marketing support specialist with a good scientific background and a previous experience in a similar role in multinational Companies to join our Commercial Department/Marketing Team.
The new colleague will take care of supporting the marketing function in managing local, national, and international congresses and events and provide marketing strategies and materials in a rapidly developing Company with a strong product pipeline across multiple therapeutic areas.
Joining the Marketing team and reporting to the Marketing Manager, the new resource will be responsible for:
* Coordinate and execute the logistics of marketing activities for congresses, ensuring seamless organization and timely delivery in line with strategic objectives.
* Support the development and execution of marketing plans for congresses, including pre-event promotion, on-site activities, and post-event follow-up.
* Act as the main point of contact for all aspects related to congress management, from planning to post-event evaluation.
* Work closely with the Field Force team to create engaging and informative materials that support their activities during congresses and beyond.
* Design and produce marketing tools (brochures, presentations, promotional materials) in alignment with international branding standards and key messaging.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing materials meet the needs of the sales force and are compliant with local regulatory standards.
* Assist in the creation and delivery of training content to support the Field Force in utilizing marketing materials effectively.
* Track and report on congress performance, gathering insights for future events and ongoing marketing strategies.
* Support the Marketing and Product Manager in building and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and scientific associations.
* Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and local regulatory requirements to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
Essential requirements:
* Scientific Degree in medicine, pharmacy, biology or equivalent.
* Fluency in English.
* Congress management and pharmaceutical marketing previous experience.
* Experience in the creation of marketing materials and supporting sales teams.
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools and content creation.
* Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry’s regulatory and compliance frameworks.
* Creative mindset with an ability to think outside the box and create engaging content.
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
* Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
* Team Oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
