Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide pre-sales and after-sales technical service support for our sales team. This role involves assisting customers in fault analysis and troubleshooting, analyzing related data to improve accuracy and customer satisfaction, and communicating with other departments to report product issues.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical service support via phone and email to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
* Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer satisfaction and data accuracy.
* Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to report product issues and collaborate on solutions.
* Travel to provide on-site support and training to distributors and installers.
* Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a science-related field, preferably electrical engineering.
* At least three years of relevant working experience in the renewable energy industry is preferred.
* Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, take responsibility, and maintain a strong work ethic.
* Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and customer service awareness.
