Activities:
1. Ensuring product control, quality and development;
2. Ensuring fluid communication between the various departments between the Italian production site and the European site;
3. Mechanical development of the back door and trunk of the vehicle;
4. Evaluating production processes, design new systems and processes for introducing new products or improving existing ones;
5. Development production processes by studying product requirements, researching, designing, and modifying;
6. Preparing proposals and production estimates for products;
7. Participating in improvement plans;
8. Improving production efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
Requirements:
9. Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
10. 3-5 years of experience on automotive sector;
11. Experience on steering;
12. Experience with automotive mechanical developments (such as seats, doors, trunk, interiors);
13. Knowledge of mechanical design/manufacturing of plastic parts (tailgate and backlit grille parts or similar parts);
14. Knowledge of CATIA (3D Model + 2D drawing), functional dimensioning, manufacturing standards;
15. Knowledge Quality classical tools (8D, PDCA);
16. Ability to make technical proposals and lead projects;
17. Italian C1/C2;
18. High knowledge of English language (B2);
