KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
On site POS (Point of Sales) Management
Second level Help Desk coordination for POS Retail Applications
Follow and Support Retail worldwide Project
Retail systems Applications Maintenance
Supporting Business requirements, functional and technical specifications
Provide guidelines, training and full support to Regional teams.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in a similar position within international environment of customer-oriented companies – experience abroad will be considered as a plus
Knowledge of a POS system, CEGID experience will be a plus
Willingness to travel worldwide
Fluent in English and Italian (other languages are a plus)
Customer Orientation, Team working, flexibility
Goal oriented and high level of accuracy
