We are expanding our team and looking for a Web Developer to support our projects in Trieste, Italy.
Main Responsibilities
* Design, code, test, document, and debug complex web applications and APIs.
* Devise and develop computational pipelines.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in web development.
* Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: Javascript, Python.
* Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
* Ability to speak and write English fluently.
* Commitment to deadlines and deliverables.
* Willing and able to travel occasionally.
* Proficient use of the Linux command line.
Nice to Have Skills
* Experience in Svelte.
* Experience in NodeJS.
* Experience in development of node-based interfaces.
* Experience in Python scripting.
* Experience in DBMS SQL (MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (Mongo).
* Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or relevant work experience.
* Contributions to open source projects.
