MISSION Reporting to the Industrial Quality Director, your mission will be to develop and maintain the product quality control system, ensuring its effectiveness. Ensure compliance with Berluti quality standards, as well as promote the continuous improvement of quality control, analyzing performance, identifying and examining internal and external non-conformities in order to propose the most suitable interventions for the development of corrective actions. Promote the culture of quality and continuous improvement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Map the existing quality management process and procedures; Manage the development, updating, and sharing of quality procedures; Design, validate, and standardize a roadmap of improvement actions to guarantee the evolution and optimization of quality processes and procedures; Create and develop continuous quality improvement policies by defining standard processes and 'Quality assurance' procedures both internally and through a continuous interface with suppliers and the analysis of claims coming from our boutiques; Guarantee the respect and sharing of the improvement KPIs identified through a direct presence in the internal and external production departments; Perform process and product audits at external suppliers; Manage Quality Data Analysis to identify and monitor KPIs and measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives; Monitor the implementation of improvement activities by the internal and customer quality control teams; Coordinate and animate the GRPs (Problem Resolution Groups) to ensure the implementation of the resolution procedures; Promote a culture relating to concepts, approaches, and best practices of quality and continuous improvement among the subjects directly involved; Promote the culture of Quality with perseverance and passion. PROFILE Previous experience of at least 3-5 years in quality management or continuous improvement in the manufacturing sector. Experience in the footwear or leather goods sector will be considered a plus; Knowledge of the main tools used in the quality field (Problem Solving, 5VPDCA, 5P, and Ishikawa); Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement analysis methods and quality control statistical applications; Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills; Leadership and ability to transmit the culture of change; Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office and SAP); Fluent knowledge of Italian and English languages (knowledge of the French language will be considered a plus).
