PRIMARY PURPOSE AND GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:
The individual, reporting to the Trade Marketing Director, will be responsible for implementing digital marketing plans along with the ad-hoc plans for e-retailers (+Amazon) and managing influencers for all brands in the portfolio. They will also work with media and PR agencies.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Plan and execute all digital marketing, marketing database, influencer marketing, social media, and advertising campaigns
* Design centralized digital plans and retailer-specific digital plans, and build and maintain our social media presence
* Measure the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and evaluate them against objectives (ROI and KPIs)
* Identify trends and insights and optimize spending and performance based on these insights
* Collaborate with internal teams and brainstorm new and creative strategies for growth in e-commerce, influencer marketing, and digital marketing
* Use strong analytical skills to evaluate the customer experience end-to-end across multiple channels and touchpoints
* Identify conversion points and optimize user funnels
* Collaborate with agencies and other partners (e-retailers and AMAZON)
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE:
* Minimum 4-5 years of proven work experience in digital marketing in our market/competitors
* Degree in Economics, Marketing, or related field
* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proactive attitude.
* Demonstrable experience in managing SEO/SEM campaigns, marketing databases, email, social media, and/or display advertising
* Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and designing digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
* Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
* Experience setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
* Practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
* Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and online measurement
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:
* Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
