Reporting directly to the IT Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our management systems. In close collaboration with our internal Project Manager and cross-functional teams, you’ll support the implementation, integration, andcontinuous improvement of our ERP systemand its ecosystem.
As an IT Specialist, you’ll be akey enabler of our technological evolution, helping shape the digital backbone of our operations.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders during ERP project phases and integration activities
Support company departments in troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues
Manage and maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
Develop and implement IT policies and best practices for the organizationYour Skill Set
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
2–7 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar ERP platforms) and Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI)
Excellent knowledge of computer systems, IT security, network and system administration, databases, data storage systems, and phone systems
Working knowledge of SQL, Oracle, SQL Server databases, and ETL tools/data integration
Proficiency with Italian and English (B2 CEFR level or higher) and the Microsoft 365 Suite
Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
Experience or knowledge of the mechanical/precision engineering industry will be considered a plus
