MED SCADA & Cyber Security Sales Solutions is the Department accountable for value engineering, contractual risk management & product management on SCADA & Cyber Security solutions in Vestas power plants along Sales and Service stages of the projects value chain in Mediterranean Region, including South European, African, Middle Eastern countries. The Department provides work developing technology in Monitoring, Control and Data acquisition systems and related Cyber Security for the Wind Technology. Responsibilities: Wind Power Plants related SCADA and ICT requirements collection and review from After-Sales; Input of SCADA & ICT market requirements to R&D/Global Service Dept. for SCADA After-Sales product roadmap, ensuring future compliance and compliance of SCADA After-Sales offerings, and training of Service Commercial/Customer with new After-Sales solutions; Technical review of the customers' requirements, ensuring technical risk management; Engage with SCADA Operation to review actual SCADA configurations on site (SCADA, WTG configuration, VOPM and PPC/PRM conf.) and align on After-Sales solution to propose; Drive business case optimization and value engineering initiatives for SCADA After-Sales offerings; Configuration and Technical Contractual Specification of SCADA After-Sales system during bid stage; Technical support & Quotation to Service Commercial MED and Customer Service Teams during contract negotiation and bid definition in relation to SCADA and ICT After-Sales solutions; Participation in After-Sales team selling team, cooperating with TBM and Grid Engineer and building value in each individual After-Sales project; Ensuring efficient and effective handover to SCADA Operation allowing them to construct each sold SCADA After-Sales project; Pro-active communication and technical meeting with relevant stakeholders (Customers, Service Commercial MED, Customer Service in MED Clusters and SCADA Operation team in MED). Qualifications: M.Sc./B.Sc. in Telecommunication/Electronic/Automation Engineering or in related engineering topics; Knowledge about industrial automation and networks, PLC hardware, SCADA systems and communication interfaces; Knowledge about ICT requirements in Wind Power Plants is advantageous; 3 years experience in similar roles, experience in wind or power generation industry will be an asset; Great technical skills with emphasis in problem solving; Ability to summarize technical topics for non-technical stakeholders; Creative solution finding and high degree of motivation to satisfy customer needs; Highly structured and well organized, able to prioritize various tasks and prioritize daily work under a professional and highly collaborative environment; Good communication and presentation skills; High personal drive, result oriented, able to work both efficiently with little supervision and with an international team; English language, both written and spoken; Good travel disposition in support of customer needs and overall business objectives within Mediterranean area.
