Primary Purpose of Role
The EMEA Marketing Coordinator oversees marketing aspects such as tradeshow management, public relations, social media, advertising, and marketing budget management. Reports to the Marketing Manager. This role involves researching and securing venues, coordinating vendors, and working within a specified budget to achieve event goals.
Specific Roles & Responsibilities:
* Plan, manage, and lead the implementation of marketing events, including tradeshows and indirect support.
* Maintain and manage a company-wide conference calendar with plans and budgets.
* Organize and execute pre-event logistics around conferences and trade shows, including registration, booth planning, attendance, materials, and affiliated event planning.
* Evaluate tradeshow objectives and ensure they are clearly articulated in marketing communication, meeting established goals.
* Research, recommend, and purchase giveaways and other branded promotional items.
* Provide comprehensive communications to attendees and management on tradeshow events, timelines, activities, attendee cell phone lists.
* Coordinate equipment orders with Asset Management.
* Ensure sales leads/customer inquiries are collected, categorized, and distributed to field for follow-up.
* Arrange hotel accommodations and meeting facilities for corporate, field sales personnel, and other participants at trade shows and sales meetings.
* Assist in gathering information on restaurants and entertainment facilities in convention cities and coordinate reservations and arrangements when requested.
* Develop attendee lists and work schedules.
* Recommend, participate in, and implement policies and procedures related to Trade Show and Event programs.
* Coordinate notification and distribution of meeting logistics to attendees.
* Purchase and coordinate exhibition services, including ordering related show services, tracking purchase orders, making pre-payments for show services, reconciling post-show invoices, and making final payments.
* Manage project timelines for on-time/on-target deliverables, including artwork deadlines and show shipments.
Drive effective and efficient channel marketing supporting Channel Managers and Dealers:
* Provide MARCOM support to dealers utilizing global marketing collateral in response to internal and dealer needs.
* Develop, manage, and execute marketing initiatives and campaigns for Clusters (e.g., tradeshows/events, direct mailing, sales tools, advertising/PR/social media, newsletters, customer testimonials, digital campaigns, and lead generation) in a manner suitable for an Indirect dealer model with external agency support.
Owns all Cluster market communications for the corporate brand and portfolio of products/services, working with:
* Team with WW Marketing in creating and localizing collateral/sales tools.
* Promote global brand and product/service messaging (e.g., sales literature, brochures/sell sheets, launch plan, product training, competitive information).
Develop and manage Cluster processes for show sites, demonstrations (e.g., preparation process and checklist, visit agenda, best practices for showing our equipment, follow-up), working with RBM and Channel Managers.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Master's degree is preferred.
Relevant Experience
1. 3+ years of job-related experience in a B2B environment.
2. Prefer experience working in the healthcare industry, with medical device or pharmaceutical ideal.
3. Budget Management.
Skills & Competencies
* Language skills required: Fluent written and oral English and Italian; third language will be a plus.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.
* Proven ability to work independently from a satellite location is essential.
