Your New Challenges:
Develop High-Quality Software: Write embedded C++ software using modern programming standards and tools to advance Schindler's products.
Manage Releases: Oversee release schedules and content, ensuring responsiveness to stakeholders' needs.
Drive Architecture Decisions: Contribute innovative ideas to software design and architecture.
Mentor and Lead: Support and motivate your team, prioritizing tasks to meet stakeholder requirements.
Hands-On Development: Spend approximately 25% of your time developing new features and fixing bugs, while leading and managing the team the rest of the time.

What You Bring to the Table:
Educational Background: Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, electronics, or equivalent.
Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in developing and maintaining embedded software solutions in C++, C, unit testing, and scripting using state-of-the-art practices.
Product Ownership: Proven experience as a technical product owner.
Leadership Skills: Strong technical leadership abilities.
Tool Proficiency: Experience with software development tools such as Linux, Git, JIRA, and agile methodologies like Scrum/Kanban. Knowledge of real-time systems design and analysis is a plus.
Language Skills: Proficient in English; Italian and German are a plus.
