About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Bid Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing compliant and competitive offers in response to public tenders or other offer requests.
Key Responsibilities
1. Planning and coordinating all tasks related to the Bid Management team
2. Assigning and managing resources related to the Bid Core Team
3. Ensuring coordination with team members to prepare a competitive offer in line with customer requirements
4. Obtaining mandate from the proper Delegation of Authority in the company
5. Submitting Bid Deliverables on time and quality as per tender specifications
6. Handing over won orders to Project Management
7. Managing relations with customers, partners, subcontractors, suppliers, financial institutions, and other agencies
8. Developing Lesson Learned reports in case of lost bids
9. Creating a solid team for the bidding phase
10. Interacting with other Company departments
Requirements
* Some knowledge of signaling market
* Master degree in Engineering, Economics or at least 5-8 years of experience as bid manager or project manager
* Fluent English; French or Spanish are a plus
