Internship opportunity
We are looking for an intern to join the HR & Organization office, that is dedicated to attracting, developing and retaining people to ensure the best possible match between their talents and expectations and the needs of the university.
The intern will support the team and will be involved in the following activities:
Recruiting activities : management of the full-circle recruitment processes of interns and entry level staff members together with the HRBP.
Learning & Training activities: participation in planning activities, communication activities related to the realization of training initiatives, logistics and materials creation, collection and analysis of feedback, management of the e-learning platform, reporting activities, support for participants.
Talent Development activities: the system consists of different steps, aimed at developing the potential of the people in the Staff (app for continuous feedback, 180 and 360 evaluation, objectives assignment, performance evaluation and construction of the development plan). In particular, the intern will be involved in the performance evaluation, objective assignment, and development plans construction processes, supporting all the involved stakeholders.
Talent Acquisition and engagement/Employer Branding activities : the intern will have the chance to organize and participate in employer branding events targeted to young talents and to manage communication campaigns.
Requirements
Graduated with a Master’s Degree with an outstanding academic path (Master in HR is considered a plus);
Fluent in English and Italian ;
Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months);
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital mindset;
Soft skills : positive and enthusiastic with very good interpersonal and team working skills; hands-on approach; customer oriented; able to organize and manage the work timely and autonomously; self-starter with attention to detail.
