Customer Service - Distribution
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve processes.
* Coordinate tasks with the logistics team to track shipments and resolve any delivery issues that may arise.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Any previous experience in customer service or similar roles is considered a plus.
