We are looking for a Warehouse Operation Control to join our Logistics team based in Castel San Giovanni.
Your Impact:
The Warehouse Operation Control, reporting to the Warehouse Woldwide Network Director, will be responsible for the management of activities and projects as regards the daily activities within the warehouse, ensuring efficient flow of goods and materials.
Activities:
* Manage and optimize storage spaces to maximize space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
* Monitor and control inventories, ensuring data accuracy and precision.
* Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to plan and coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries.
* Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
* Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment and infrastructure.
* Analyze operational data and produce periodic reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective solutions.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient flow of information and materials across different business functions.
Who We Are Looking For:
* 5 years of experience in structured multinational organizations;
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, or economics.
* Previous experience in logistics, preferably with a focus on warehouse and storage operations.
* Excellent communication skills, acute attention to detail and collaborative attitude
* Experience in warehouse operations control processes and best practices
* Experience in inventory management systems and warehouse management software.
* Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
