Since 1986 Pininfarina expanded its consolidated design expertise outside the automotive sector – its core business – establishing its own direction and a clear identity also in the areas of Architecture and Interiors, Product and Transportation Design.
With a view to strengthening our team, we are looking for a BUSINESS ANALYST INTERN.
Working closely with the CEO’s team, the ideal candidate will be involved in:
1. Collaborating, supporting and relating with the line manager and the other business organization managers.
2. Assisting the line manager in the implementation of strategic activities and plans.
3. Supporting in the monitoring of the aforementioned activities and plans.
4. Actively supporting the planning, set up and debriefing of meetings, events and visits involving the CEO.
5. Drafting reports at all levels.
6. Acting as a point of contact with the company’s majority shareholder on financial, commercial and operational matters.
Qualifications and skills:
1. Master’s degree in Economics (Finance / Administration & Control) or Engineering (Management Engineering).
2. Master of Business Administration (MBA) will be considered a plus.
3. Fluent in Italian and English.
4. German or Chinese knowledge will be considered a plus.
5. 0-1 year of experience – previous experience in strategic consulting firms and/or multinational companies is preferred.
6. Knowledge and/or strong interest in the automotive industry will be considered a plus.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills.
8. Analytical approach and quantitative mindset to perform objective analyses.
9. Strong skills in analyzing, summarizing and representing economic/financial information.
10. Accuracy and attention to details.
11. Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
12. Teamworking attitude, self-reliance, stress and conflict management.
13. Results-oriented and problem solving approach.
14. Ability to draft operational and economic-financial documents.
