The Field Technical Engineer in Abbott's main purpose is to romote Abbott CRM products by providing technical support to medical and sales teams. Address technical inquiries promptly and report to relevant authorities. Attend implants, follow-ups, and resolve issues with high and low voltage stimulation devices.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide nationwide technical support for implants and follow-ups.
* Conduct product presentations and training for customers.
* Assist physicians during clinical study phases.
* Support Regional Sales Managers and Clinical Department with tasks and projects.
* Proactively offer solutions to customers.
* Communicate feedback on implants/procedures promptly.
* Perform booth duty as needed.
* Ensure compliance with Abbott Quality Procedures.
Reporting
* Produce market and competitor reports for the sales team.
* Provide marketing with competitor device information.
Qualifications
* Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
* Proficiency in English and Italian.
* Strong MS Office skills.
* 1-2 years of technical support experience.
* Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
* Initiative and stress resistance.
* Effective communication skills.
