Mission
The mission of the Marketing Analyst Intern is to learn and support client engagement and business development initiatives by assisting in managing communication processes, conducting research, and coordinating marketing materials. By actively participating in research and analysis of client, market, competitor, and industry data, the intern will gain valuable insights and contribute to the company's strategic growth. #LI-VB1
Key Accountabilities
1. Client Meeting Support:
Assist Business Development staff in planning and preparing for client meetings. Conduct secondary research on client buying patterns to support meeting preparations.
2. Opportunity Tracking:
Monitor client solicitation websites and databases to identify potential opportunities. Provide regular updates on potential opportunities to the Business Development team.
3. Research and Analysis:
Conduct research and analyze client, market, competitor, and industry data to support business development strategies. Provide insights to inform business development strategies and pursuits. Track ongoing and expected trends to provide insights into market dynamics. Evaluate the marketing positioning of competitors to support strategic planning. Research and provide insights for the launch of new services. Identify and analyze new players in the market to understand their impact on the industry.
4. Marketing Material Maintenance:
Collaborate with division staff to help maintain standard marketing materials, including project fact sheets and corporate resumes.
5. Content Coordination:
Collect, organize, and format content for various marketing activities to support marketing initiatives.
6. Customer Base Data Analysis:
Analyze data on the existing customer base to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for engagement, providing actionable insights to support marketing strategies.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media or Business Administration Finance ManagementMaster’s Degree in Economics or Marketing
Qualifications
7. Fluency in Italian and a good level of English are required.
8. Strong research and analytical skills.
9. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
