Retail HR Business Partner
Reporting to the HR Manager, the Retail HR Business Partner acts as the HR point of contact for the Retail employees including managers, managing all the activities related to hard and soft practices and policies for the stores in their respective area.
He/She will be responsible for:
Visiting on a regular basis the company stores;
Recruiting of store staff for new openings and physiological turn over;
Supporting the learning process and induction activities;
Involving store staff in the company’s values and culture;
Supporting in transmitting company policies information;
Talent management, preparing development plans and rotating best talents in the organization;
Analyzing staff needs in terms of further follow up and updating;
Supporting HR Payroll Specialist in the management of overall issues related to policies and administrative activities being the first point of the contact for store staff;
Managing Compensation & Benefits Programs in line with the company strategy;
Liasing with HR Central Department for legal practices and labor law.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experiences:
University Degree;
At least 6 years of experience as HR Business Partner in an international retail organization;
Good knowledge of HRM best practices;
Excellent administration skills with great speed of execution and attention to detail.
Ability to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously;
Labor Law Knowledge Skills;
Stress resistant, solid problem-solving and business acumen skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong decision making and problem solving skills;
Fluent in English.
