Reporting to the Easter Opex Portfolio Leader, the is a key role in the Parts organization that will own all the parts/materials operations relevant to ECA and APAC Regions. He/she will be committed to deliver the expected customer service level across the Region.
He/She will be the primary interface with regional project management and will be responsible to drive the achievement of the financial targets of the area from an executional stand point.
As a Parts Area Coordinator you will be responsible fo:
1. Coordinate Fulfillment and Shipping Team on Business priorities;
2. Be the primary interface with regional project manager for all main deals;
3. Drive weekly operating rhythm with internal stakeholders;
4. Collect business/customer needs, set up right priorities and translate them into proper inputs to relevant functions (supply chain, engineering, logistics, billing, etc.);
5. Own the sales plan execution of the assigned region by achieving operations commitment and leading the scouting of sales opportunities to maximize financial results, across all inventory organization and relevant legal entities;
6. Own relevant operations KPIs (OTD, ODBL);
7. Drive simplification and improvement initiatives specific for the area/region, to achieve better operational performances and cost savings;

To be successful in this role you will have:
8. Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar;
9. Knowledge of supply chain processes;
10. Basic knowledge of project management processes and tools;
11. Fluent English (written and spoken);
12. Strong communication and influencing skills;
13. Clear thinker, problem solving skills along with process improvement driven mindset
