We are currently seeking for immediate employment, an experienced Project Manager to join our team which is based in Gardone Riviera, west of Lake Garda in Italy.

The Project Manager will be in charge of overseeing all ongoing projects.
Main Responsibilities
·Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects, including design, execution, and handover.
·Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
·Supervise and guide project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
·Foster effective communication and collaboration among all team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
·Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance, and maintain construction quality.
·Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and accountability.
·Review and approve invoices, change orders, and financial reports to maintain fiscal control.
·Act as the primary liaison for clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
·Provide consistent updates on project progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.
·Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
·Resolve project issues promptly to avoid delays or additional costs.
·Maintain comprehensive project records, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports.
Requirements
·Strong communication in both English and Italian is a must.
·Experience in Project Management
·Bachelor’s degree (or Masters) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is a plus
·Living (or willing to live / relocate), close to Gardone Riviera, Italy.
Experience and Skills
·A minimum of 5 years experience in similar positions.
·A proven track record in managing large-scale projects, leading design or architecture teams, and expertise in construction management processes.
·Proficiency with project management tools and software, particularly Android based systems.
·Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies for software development.
·Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
·Experience in managing offshore resources.
·Ability and flexibility to meet project deadlines.
·Strong leadership skills, organisational, conflict management and problem-solving skills.
·Highly proactive, self-driven, and passionate about leading innovation in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
·Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
