Join us and start the future YOUR ROLE The candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing all Wafer Foundries Outsourcing (WFO) financial activities, ensuring compliance with financial rules and standards in collaboration with manufacturing and financial stakeholders. WFO, a division of STMicroelectronics, represents 15% of the company's Front-End manufacturing, featuring a diverse technology portfolio and approximately 20 external foundries worldwide. The candidate will be part of Finance team, working in close relationship with the different WFO teams (management, planning, engineering, quality), Central Planning, QMT finance, corporate finance, and business unit financial controllers. Responsibilities include financial forecast (Short, Mid and Long-term plans), reporting, cost analysis to support organizational goals and drive financial performance. Financial Planning cycles Manage all financial planning activities including forecast, budget, and Three-Year Plan exercises Provide timely and accurate deliverables of the WFO financial plan in line with corporate guidance Closing Activities and Accounting Tasks Perform WFO Monthly Closing activities, which includes inventory and expenses allocations, ensuring system alignment and accuracy (SAP/ CCA, Prorep reconciliation, etc.) Ensure accuracy of month-end accruals, inventory, WIP integrity and stock valorization & control Reporting Activities Provide comprehensive analysis and reporting of WFO financial results and forecasts, including profit and loss (PNL) simulations to various stakeholders Oversee cost analysis and all business activities to optimize operational performance and support strategic decision-making and both short-term and long-term strategic plans Ad-Hoc Financial Analysis Generate monthly gap analysis of WFO Production WWS and Direct Variance (DV%) versus targets and ensure the implementation of corrective actions to address deviations Provide insights to WFO top management and the corporation on actual performance, identifying detractors/contributors to optimize economic results Compliance and Audit Support Ensure the compliance of WFO operations with STMicroelectronics standards and international financial policies (SOP, LOP, SOX, US GAAP) Support audit reviews and liaise with Corporate Auditors and External Financial Auditors Business Partnering Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accuracy Lead or participate in specific projects inside and outside the organization to improve processes and/or support strategic projects YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field 5 to 10 years of experience in finance/business control, or you work at STMicroelectronics in another field and are interested in transitioning to financial control Proficiency in written and verbal English is required.
