Randstad Professional is specialized in the search and selection of middle & senior management profiles. On behalf of our client, a global provider of customed Oil & Gas machinery, we are looking for a:
PROJECT ENGINEER
The Project Engineer will report to Engineering Director and will be represents the interface between company and the customers/suppliers, dealing specifically with:
Realizes feasibility study, definition and fine-tuning of the project;
Specific research of functional/design solutions/new materials for the design of customized components;
Produces dimensional and functional analysis of components in the design phase;
Issues the necessary documents for the order in accordance with the requirements required by the customer;
Collaborates in the project team to ensure compliance with contractual requirements;
Makes technical alignment of offers submitted by Supply Chain regarding complex equipments;
Maintains a constant relationship with the Project Manager and the Engineering Director regarding the advancement of activities and the management of any critical issues;
Collaborates with the site during the erection phase, to provide necessary technical clarification and solve any criticality.
REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s Degree in Energy or Mechanical Engineering;
Experience within a design function (3-5 years) preferable in a machinery business environment;
Good knowledge of thermal balance, mechanical dimensions and FEM analysis;
Highly proactive, flexible, self-motivated, driven and results-oriented;
Good communication and decision-making skills;
Good knowledge of english, written and spoken;
Availability for short trips to Italy and abroad;
Availability to relocate to Novara area.
Salary package : the salary will be commensurate with the seniority of the candidate
