The Contribution You Will Bring To This Role Justrite Safety Group is looking to hire a new Marketing Manager to develop and oversee the implementation of the business unit marketing strategy and product marketing in accordance with the company's overall goals and values that boost brand awareness and drive growth. The Marketing Manager reports into the business and works closely with business unit leader, product manager and sales director to gain a deep understanding of the product range, buyer personas, and market trends in order to develop content roadmap that aligns to business priorities and outlines the business unit’s marketing objectives. This includes developing effective product positioning strategies, composing relevant messaging that highlights product value propositions, and designing effective programs, product launches and events that reach the business unit’s target audience. They will engage with the corporate communications, events and marketing operations teams by providing clear briefs for the creation, production and dissemination of marketing collateral, communications and events with a heavy emphasis on demand generation. Further, they will collaborate with the VP of Strategic Marketing and other business unit marketing managers to create a center of marketing excellence. The Marketing Manager manages the regional EMEA and APAC Marketing team and is responsible for the achievement of communications and marketing mission, goals, and financial objectives. Ensure that evaluation systems are in place related to these goals and objectives and report progress. The ideal candidate should possess a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and an ability to work under pressure. What You Will Do At Justrite Demand Generation and Digital Marketing Develop and implement a long-term business unit marketing and action plan, including identification of target audiences and industries, key value propositions and distribution on relevant channels and measurement of the results that will build brand awareness, generate leads and drive engagement with customers, channel partners and employees. Understand where marketing and sales professionals are getting their information today and build partnerships, co-marketing, and programs that generate demand. Set annual and quarterly marketing goals and monitor performance of brand visibility, lead generation, funnel performance and engagement. Design & execute 1:1, 1:few, and broad-based marketing initiatives to meet pipeline requirements of varied account segments. Plan the development of all brand publications, stellar short and long-form marketing content including digital and social media, web and video content webinars, articles and whitepapers. Partner with corporate marketing, communications, events and marketing operations through creative briefs for external messages and collateral, including press releases, attributed quotes, event scripts, talking points, prepared remarks, social media posts, marketing collateral, website content and other communications and marketing materials to design impactful, content-rich, multichannel nurture programs that drive demand and coordinate with sales to facilitate customer pipeline. Establish intimate knowledge of our database of marketing leads to uncover where opportunities for engagement exist. Product Marketing Manage the roadmap for product marketing by working closely with product management to develop the product content roadmap detailing campaigns, product launches and events. Lead the development and execution of content strategies across business units and campaigns and create best-in-class written content for marketing communications including application notes, case studies, white papers, thought leadership articles, webinars, and more. Provide support to all launches of new products and releases for both internal and external markets and maintain knowledge of all competitor activities and ensure adherence to customer requirements. Collaboration Build and maintain solid partnerships with assigned internal stakeholders better develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate strategic communications designed to meet business goals. Regularly drive meetings with virtual global key execution stakeholders across Field Marketing, Digital, Sales Development, Communications, Customer Marketing, Content and Design to ensure activities are being executed and provide updates on assets being delivered, and in planned. Engage with VP of Strategic Marketing and sister business units marketing managers across the global organization to build out a center of excellence, share best practices, leverage marketing technology, and develop key skills. Contribute ideas for new programs through research of innovative branding techniques. Assist the VP of Strategic Marketing in the implementation of corporate strategic marketing roadmaps. Planning, Budgeting and Reporting Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the communications and marketing program and its activities, monitor progress, and evaluate performance. Establish goals and KPIs for campaigns based on historical or projected results, and tie back actual performance and revenue impact. Establish and allocate a marketing budget and resources to different channels based on performance metrics. Track and report out results across the entire buyer’s journey analyze dashboards to understand where opportunities for further optimization and engagement exists. Your Skills And Expertise To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum: Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related business administration from an accredited educational institution Minimum six years’ experience in marketing, business administration, or related field Ability to travel up to 25% Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Functional and working experience with Adobe creative suite of products, e.g., InDesign Project management – must work on cross-functional environment to drive projects, create and prioritize related tasks, manage multiple obligations, and meet deadlines while under pressure Problem-solving and organization – ability to assimilate information and potentially conflicting ideas into coherent and logical outcomes. Technical aptitude – experience in translating and communicating complex technical topics to execute the actions with easy-to-understand benefits.
