Mission Details
* Provide daily production troubleshooting support in assigned areas.
* Conduct appropriate root-cause analysis and ensure corrective actions are implemented to address unplanned events.
* Ensures optimal production and process enhancements of assigned areas, including environmental systems.
* Coaches plant personnel on measurements and daily updates of technology performance/asset utilization data.
* Partners with operations personnel to secure process data for identification of technology gaps, improvement opportunities, and project definitions.
* Calculation of and evaluation of raw material consumption and production data, operational asset utilization calculations (OAU) and interpretation of process conditions, using tools such as PI Batch.
* Composes production reports and scorecards as necessary for communications to plant teams.
* Support Plant initiatives for new product development and Process Technology Projects.
* Prepares and executes Management of Change documentation.
* Participate in Process Hazard Analysis and Pre-Start-up Safety Reviews for assigned projects & processes.
* Prepares and modifies operating procedures and process documents.
* Develop training documents and plans.
* Supports Loss Control policy, AIMS, ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 management systems.
Required Profile
* BS in Chemical engineering and 5+ years manufacturing experience.
* Accident and incident investigation and root cause analysis.
* Process Hazard Analysis using LOPA Technique.
* Lean Six Sigma Operational Excellence implementation.
* PLC system programming skills.
* Good communications and organizational skills.
