ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Lifecycle Expert, reporting to Cost & Cash Leader, Director. The scope will include managing Prestige Brands (Sebastian, Nioxin) projects, LCM metrics (VAR, E&O, SSKU, IRC risks), maintenance of Portfolio Optimization and VAR and E&O. Responsibilities Ownership of Portfolio Rationalization for Prestige Brands: portfolio analysis on SKU level, based on Masterfile and Product Catalog, discontinuation and re-clustering recommendations, communication with Global and Local Marketing Teams, GILs, Education and Warsaw Hub Teams on the execution. Acting on ad-hoc discontinuation requests, driving communication with Warsaw Hub and external stakeholders. Calculation of E&O for future initiatives (Brief Gate) and raising risks, connected to additional VAR/E&O creation and portfolio inefficiencies at TRAM meetings. Inputs to Fit-for-Life Tracker (E&O projections) connected to Prestige Brands portfolio. VAR and E&O monitoring of Prestige Brands: ongoing analysis and proactive approach for VAR and E&O depletion and prevention, communication with NA and Warsaw Hub Teams, working on action plans. Our Requirements Fluency in English (mandatory). Change agility: Candidate will be part of exciting Cost&Cash team transformation journey, scope of the role will evolve over time. At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain function. Experience in initiative planning and supply and/or demand planning would be ideal. Proficiency in Excel: The ideal candidate should have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. ERP Systems Knowledge (SAP, JDA): Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP and JDA, is highly preferred. Familiarity with these systems is a significant advantage for this role. Strong Analytical Skills: The successful candidate should possess strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and provide meaningful insights. Skillful Communicator: This role requires ability to communicate effectively with different functions within Planning HUB and outside, including, but not limited to: Go-To-Market supply chain, Global Initiative Leaders, Education Team, R&D. Autonomous: This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently, take initiative and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
