As Technology Expert for Workstation Services, your focus will be around building modern and scalable management solutions based on Microsoft Intune & End User Experience Management solutions, enabling proactive management of the clients, leveraging new and innovative technologies coming in this space. You will be part of a team with other Technology Experts and Technical Leads and will report to the Senior Product Manager for your area. A Day in the Life of… a Technology Expert Workstation Services Provide specialist consultancy, guidance and support in the technical areas of expertise. Support operations both with technical depth and user empathy and provide recommendations on how to improve efficiency and service delivery. Liaise closely with Product Managers, Tech Leads, other Technical Experts, and Solution Architects in defining significant functional, technical and process integration decisions. Assist in designing the governance models for our Suppliers and Partners and the alignment of our tools and solutions with Nestlé architecture and security frameworks. Support the agile approach of the team, prioritizing activities and projects and always focusing on the end-to-end experience of our users. Partner with other Technical Experts to share knowledge inside the team and support technical and personal growth. Collaborate with other relevant Nestlé Teams and Businesses to build together a shared vision around devices and services to bring tangible benefits to Nestlé users. Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing and emerging technologies for enabling new and modern operating models. What else will make you successful? 5 years of experience in IS/IT, preferably delivering projects in complex/multinational environments with dependencies across multiple teams. Experience in onboarding, managing and updating Windows clients, including application deployment with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) in co-management. Deep level understanding in Microsoft Intune about management of different ecosystem of devices. Experience in integrating proactive device monitoring (e.g Microsoft Endpoint Analytics, Experience Score) and industry-leading end-user experience monitoring solutions (e.g. Lakeside Systrack, Nexthink, 1E Tachyon). Hands-on experience for managing the different configuration and policy items meant for device portfolios and landscapes. Good understanding and working knowledge with the Azure modules and Automations which can be incorporated on Microsoft Intune like through graph APIs. Experience in moving from GPOs to cloud policies in Microsoft Intune for securing Windows devices. Experience with certificate deployment in enterprise environments, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access and Microsoft Graph API is a plus. Experience in designing and implementing modern device provisioning at scale with Windows Autopilot in hybrid environments is a plus. Strong understanding of Agile/DevOps methods and processes with proven ability to take part in Agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impacts and risks. Able to balance excellent analytical skills, deep technical knowledge with strong listening capabilities. Experience interacting with advisory councils, industry user groups, and key technology Partners and Vendors. Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or related study, or equivalent experience. Experience with effective communication in English at any different level of the organization.
