We are seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join our luxury lifestyle brand team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, combined with a strategic approach to social media management, and the ability to optimize digital campaigns effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and manage innovative social media strategies tailored to the luxury market.
2. Monitor and analyse performance metrics (KPIs), generating detailed reports to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
3. Optimize ad campaigns on platforms like Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn for maximum ROI.
4. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure alignment between analytical insights and visual content strategies.
5. Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify market trends and areas for improvement.
6. Engage with audiences across platforms, fostering relationships with our luxury clientele.
7. Ensure brand voice consistency across all social media channels.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and algorithms, integrating them into our strategies.
Candidate Profile:
1. At least 2 years of experience managing social media accounts in the luxury sector is required.
2. Proven experience in analytics, including proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and similar platforms.
3. Excellent understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
4. Fluency in English and Italian languages (both written and spoken) is required.
5. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
6. A strategic mindset, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
7. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams.
Preferred Skills:
1. Familiarity with paid media campaigns and budget management.
2. Experience in luxury lifestyle, hospitality, or beauty brands.
3. Knowledge of CRM systems and data segmentation for targeted campaigns.
